- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (OGRN);
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (valid not earlier than 90 days);
- Decision (protocol) on the appointment of a manager or a power of attorney for the right to conclude an agreement;
- Company card with bank details, address, phone numbers, etc. signed by the head and chief accountant.
3. It is necessary to ensure the availability of a quality certificate, a safety data sheet for the product, as well as other documents confirming the quality. The documents must be in Russian.
4. All additional conditions are stipulated in the attached contract.
