Payment terms:
payment is made by the buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which delivery is made.
Delivery terms:
product delivery is carried out to the warehouse of the buyer (ORGANIZATION of Lukoil-AIK "174 km of motorway Surgut-Novy Urengoy, Tyumen region, KHANTY-MANSIYSK AUTONOMOUS OKRUG-yugra), taking into account all the costs and risks of delivery and accompanied by all the necessary documents, in accordance with the the list of specified supply contract.
To the delivered products must be accompanied by a technical passport of products, required certificates of quality compliance.

2. To participate include:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;

3. Evaluation criteria proposals will be:

5. submission of proposals from the party means compliance with all requirements specified in the query to the assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of the conditions of contract and specifications.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
The present request prices does not constitute (public offer). The organizer has the right to abandon the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline.
