Comments:
1. Prices are not included in VAT, transport costs are included in the cost of goods and are not allocated.
2. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- The participant's offer is fully compliant with customer requirements (any changes must be agreed with the organizer prior to the end of the procedure);
- Compliance with the request for proposals;
- Offer price
- Consent by the party to the drafting of the organizer's contract (in the attachment documents), signing the contract without a protocol of disagreement;
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the time of the procedure to the time the item is transferred to the customer's stock;

4. Submitting an offer from a participant means that all the product range requirements specified in the request and agree unconditionally to all terms of the contract and specifications. This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Promoter has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time since the date of announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
