Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

4.      Make monthly reports on the work carried out
5.      If necessary, at the request of the customer and at their own expense, carry out laboratory and other examinations of the work performed and the construction materials used
6.      Tracking delays in work and delivery of materials according to the work schedule agreed upon by the Customer
7. Schedule the presence of specialists 7 days a week, at the individual request of the customer 24 hours a day
8.      Number of specialists at the site at a time 1 technical supervision, 1 surveyor
9.      Verification and signing of executive documentation provided by contractors
10. Verification and signing of acts in the form of CS2 and CS3
