Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of products of OAO Izhstal.
Mandatory uploading of the commercial proposal by the participating organization.
PLEASE DOWNLOAD A COMMERCIAL OFFER WITH INDICATION: TERMS AND TIMES OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY, WARRANTY, MANUFACTURER, TELEPHONE AND E-MAIL OF THE CONTRACTOR.
The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with Izhstal OJSC within one day must upload the following documents to the system, which are necessary for concluding the contract:
1. A copy of the company registration certificate;
2. A copy of the tax registration certificate;
3. A counterparty card in free form containing the following information: full company name, legal and actual address, full name of the head, full name of the chief accountant, phone numbers, fax numbers, bank account details, including the bank address;
4. A copy of the last profit and loss statement (form No. 2);
5. A certificate from the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate at the place of registration on the absence of tax debts and other mandatory payments;
6. A power of attorney, or another document confirming the right to sign financial documents of an official.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on E-marketplace of B2B-Center Group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a participant to the e-mail address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, independently uploading this offer to the site through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
¬- the Participant must be registered in the System;
-¬ the proposal must be sent to the e-mail address no later than 4 working hours before the deadline for accepting Proposals specified in the Notification with the obligatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents must contain an official letter of appeal to the Procurement Organizer with a request to place an electronic version of his proposal and refusal of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be posted by the Participant himself.
