If within the last 60 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 60 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment under the Agreement is carried out in the following order:
- advance payment in the amount of 40% of the cost of the Equipment — within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing of the Specification;
- 60% of the cost of the Equipment — within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of transfer of the Equipment to the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Delivery of the Equipment to the Buyer's warehouse is carried out by the means and means of the Supplier independently, or with the involvement of the carrier, unless otherwise provided by the Specification. Delivery costs in this case are included in the cost of the Equipment.
Delivery of the Equipment is carried out within 50 (fifty) working days from the date of payment of the advance payment.

Обоснование: В предложении участника выявлены существенные несоответствия требованиям Закупочной документации, достаточные для отклонения заявки, а именно предложенный в заявки график оплаты противоречит условиям, заявленным заказчиком.
Порядок и график платежей (в соответствии с приложенным «Технико-коммерческим предложением», п.2 таблицы 3) не соответствует интересам Заказчика, так как подразумевает фактически 100% предоплату в три этапа за Оборудование до получения Оборудования Заказчиком.
