Auto-extension
If within the last 60 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 60 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment under the Agreement is as follows:
- Prepayment of 40% of the Equipment cost — within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the Specification;
- 60% of the Equipment price is within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the equipment transfer to the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Delivery of the Equipment to the Buyer's Warehouse is done by the Supplier's forces and means alone, or by the carrier, unless otherwise provided by the Specification. Shipping costs in this case are included in the cost of the Equipment.
The equipment is delivered within 50 (fifty) business days from the pre-payment date.
