Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Within 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing this Agreement, the Customer shall, on the basis of the Contractor's account, pay the Contractor an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the work.
2. The final calculation in the amount of 50% of the cost of work is made by the Customer within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of work performed (form No. KS-2) and the Certificate of cost of work performed (form No. KS-3) provided proper quality of work.
3. Payment for work is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor.
4. The currency of the agreement is the Russian ruble.
Delivery terms:1. Work execution address: Kaluga region, Obninsk, Kiev highway, 57, laboratory premises 100 sq. M. in the administrative complex (ABK), the premises of a permanent guard post located at the exit from the territory of the production site.
2. The term for the work is set by the Contractor and agreed with the Customer.
