Participation of the supplier in the tender means acceptance of the terms of delivery, the standard contract form and specification. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
