Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of PJSC "highlights" Products.
Mandatory loading of the commercial proposal by the participating Organization.
Please load the quotation with the following instructions: Conditions and terms of payment and delivery, warranty obligations, manufacturer's, Telephone and e-mail executor.
The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with PJSC "highlights" within one day should download the following documents necessary for the conclusion of the Contract:
1. A copy of the company registration certificate;
2. Copy of the certificate of tax registration;
3. The card of the counterparty in a free form containing the following information: Full name, Legal and actual address, name of the manager, name of the chief accountant, telephone numbers, fax, bank account details, including the address of the bank;
4. A copy of the latest profit and Loss statement (form № 2);
5. Certificate from Ifts at the place of registration about the absence of tax arrears, etc. Obligatory payments;
6. Power of attorney or other document confirming the right to sign the financial documents of an Official.
Please note that this request is not a notice of the contest (public Tender) or public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian federation, 1057-1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals shall be submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with the digital signature.
If the participant has no technical possibility to submit a proposal through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, The organizer of the procedure has the right to accept from such participant an offer to the e-mail address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, By yourself downloading this offer to the site through the functionality of the system, subject to the following conditions:
The member must be registered in the system;
-the offer must be sent to the e-mail address within 4 working hours prior to the deadline specified in the notification, with mandatory notification of the responsible person by TELEPHONE.
The documents should include an official letter to the organizer of the purchase with a request to place an electronic version of his offer and a waiver of any claims related to the fact that the offer in the system will not be placed by the Participant.
