Payment terms:
The price of the goods is set for a unit of production, including shipping, including 18% VAT.
Payment for the goods is carried out by the Buyer within 40 (forty) calendar days from the delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the commodity waybill in the warehouse of the Buyer. In case of failure to match our requirements for payment terms, you must indicate your terms in the comments.
Delivery terms:

The constituent documents (certified by INN, OGRN, Statute, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, the order on appointment of the head), quality certificates for products must be attached to the commercial offer.

Proposals declared in this procedure without a Commercial offer backed up by the Lots will not be considered.
