To apply for a procurement event, you must:
1. Review and complete the Participation Documents file (including Participant's Questionnaire, Compliance with Procurement Event Requirements) by providing PDF (signature and print scan) and Word.
2. Provide a scan of the balance sheet for the most recent reporting periods, certified by the company's seal and tax authority
3. Provide a scan copy of the income statement for the most recent reporting periods, certified by the company's seal and tax authority
4. Provide a completed Excel-Reporting Template
Completed and signed PDF and Word documents must be sent no later than [17.09.2021 15:00] to Kotikova_tender@mail.beeline.ru, with the email subject [Title vendor organizations] [Open bookmark]. The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 Mb (if necessary, you can send multiple letters);
Specify the Fio/Phone/E-mail of the responsible manager to accompany this procurement event;
If the last available report is annual, annual reports are provided for the last 2 years. If the last available report is for the quarter/half-day/9 months, 3 periods are reported: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years. If a participant is a holding company, consolidated statements are provided.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
The participant should ensure that every document scanned is easy to read;
each scanned document must be saved into a separate file, with a document containing one page saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications, should also be grouped into a single file;
each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
