Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. Comments:
1) TMC as requested, original factory production.
2) A commercial offer by form (see procurement documentation), certificate confirming the relationship to the products is required
3) The products must be new, not used.
4) Products must be appended: product quality certificate/passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality of goods, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Code of the Russian Civil Code;
7) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Therefore, this Proposal Request Procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer
8) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing sheet (see example filling in the purchase documentation), paste the packing sheet on the package with the product, and send a copy to the Customer by email.
9) The cargo must meet GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to and equated areas of the far north. Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo Marking").
