and selected the winner: "SSR-KOMPLEKT" OOO – (Bidder 3) (Притчин М.Е.) submitting a bid dated of 18.05.2018 14:24 totalling to 407 850,00 RUB (price incl. VAT)
Обоснование: 1. Признать заявки ООО «ССР-КОМПЛЕКТ» и ООО «Пермь-Восток-Сервис» соответствующими требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме.
2. Признать заявку ООО «ПСК» не соответствующей требованиям документации запроса ценовых котировок в электронной форме. Отклонить заявку ООО «ПСК» от участия в оценочной стадии.
3. Признать запрос ценовых котировок в электронной форме: «СИЗ органов дыхания (респираторы) 3М состоявшимся».
4. В соответствии с критериями оценки признать победителем и присвоить первый номер заявке ООО «ССР-КОМПЛЕКТ».
5. Присвоить второй номер заявке ООО «Пермь-Восток-Сервис».
6. Заключить договор с ООО «ССР-КОМПЛЕКТ» на поставку СИЗ органов дыхания (респираторы) 3М в соответствии с требованиями, установленными документацией по запросу ценовых котировок в электронной форме, по цене договора – 407 850 (Четыреста семь тысяч восемьсот пятьдесят) рублей 00 копеек, в т.ч. НДС 18% - 62 214 (Шестьдесят две тысячи двести четырнадцать) рублей 41 копейка.
