Обоснование: 1. Признать заявку от ООО «Пермь-Восток-Сервис» не соответствующей требованиям документации запроса предложений в электронной форме.
2. Признать заявку от ООО «Антолл» соответствующей требованиям документации запроса предложений.
3. Признать запрос предложений в электронной форме: СИЗ рук (рукавицы) не состоявшимся.
