Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата по настоящему договору осуществляется путем предварительного авансирования в размере 30% от стоимости товара (партии товара), указанной в счете следующим образом:
- в части оплаты первой партии товара – в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания настоящего Договора при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком;
- в части оплаты следующих партий товара – не ранее чем за 30 календарных дней до даты начала поставки таких партий товара при условии получения Покупателем счета, выставленного Поставщиком.

Окончательная оплата за товар – в течение 10 (десяти)банковских дней с даты поставки Товара (п.3.3. настоящего договора), если иной срок не согласован сторонами в Спецификации.
Delivery terms:. Поставщик осуществляет поставку Товара (партии товара) в течение 30 (тридцати)календарных дней с момента получения предоплаты (п. 2.2 настоящего Договора), если Спецификацией не предусмотрено иное.
