Auto-extension

2. Alternative Offer - Payment is 100% upon placing an order, subject to VAT and transportation costs.

2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire before the envelopes are opened at the same time as the offer is submitted and file in the form of a scanned copy of its business offer, signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization. If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
3. The product supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (the supporting documents the member provides at the same time as by commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: This request for proposals is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
PJSC VNZM reserves the right not to inform participants of the procedure of its results except the winner, cancel the request or its results, and exclude any participant query without giving a reason. Submitting a technical and commercial offer involves agreeing to the terms and conditions of the request.
