Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1) 100% post payment within 15 banking days from receipt of the whole consignment at the Buyer's warehouse, unconditionally.

Comments: 1) Contract award criteria: Supplier's relation to the supplied products (dealer, manufacturer) quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience of the similar deliveries;
2) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
3) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
