(!) Participation in the procedure is free of charge and does not require an EDS.

This procedure is the 1st stage of the procurement procedure for choosing a supplier(s) for warehouse processing and pre-sale preparation of goods of category A (groceries, dried fruits, most non-food products) and goods of category B (fruit and vegetables)) for a period of 1 year.

At this stage, the Participant must fill out and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements specified in the file [04 Qualification Requirements.xls].

A participant can apply for participation in one, several or all lots. At the same time, participants must submit proposals for all positions in the selected lots according to the file [05 Form КП.xlsx ]

Participants who have successfully passed the Qualification selection are included in the pool of accredited SC for a period of 1 year.
In the appendix [05 Form КП.xlsx ] the current approximate volume is reflected. In case of a new need, additional procurement procedures will be carried out among the pool of accredited spacecraft.


Questions within the framework of stage #1 of the procurement procedure are accepted until 12:00 (Moscow time) 20.07.2023

All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure should be drawn up by the Participants in writing and sent to e-mail Konkurs@x5.ru or be placed in the "Explanations" section of the procurement procedure on the ETP.

The request is not a tender and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it, the Customer is not obliged to choose the Winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
