The Bidder must complete and upload all the documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [03 Qualification Requirements.xlsx] specified in column "D".

Questions within the framework of stage #1 of the procurement procedure are accepted until 14:00 (Moscow time) 15.02.2024.
