All bidders need to:
1) Reflect the cost of equipment by zones, reflect the cost of installation work, the cost of delivery (specify the cost of the total volume, for each zone).
2) in the Template KP (separate file) to provide calculation according to the planogram (DWG file), TK, with a list of components. Required - to reflect the metal capacity, the number of pallet places, the number of a/m required for the delivery of equipment (within the equipping of each zone)
3) Specify production time, installation time (for each zone), delivery time (from the moment the order is ready to the facility warehouse)
4) Together with the main application, provide: DWG drawings with dimensions:
— all kinds of sections of the rack;
— all kinds of frames assembled with brace system;
— bumper;
— construction of inclined shelves;
— all types of breakers, protection bars, interbar stop, as well as types of layout during installation;
— all types of mesh decking (also with a cross profile, with a view of mounting on a pair of beams);
— plans of placement of shelving equipment, cuts by height of tiers, permissible loads, number of pallets.
All elements of the shelving equipment on the drawings shall be marked in readable form, for identification according to the specification.
All necessary information is reflected in TK and annexes. Please take into account when providing the KP.
Mandatory conditions for the spacecraft:
1. The supplier, within 10 years from the date of sale of shelving equipment, undertakes to ensure the production of spare parts stock, which is fully compatible with the sold shelving equipment.
2. Unloading of shelving equipment, delivery of components to the assembly site, installation of shelving equipment (including mesh decking and slot beams) is carried out by the contractor.
3. It is the responsibility of the contractor to equip the team with all the necessary tools, mechanisms and equipment for the performance of the work.
