Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms - mandatory 100% deferment of 60 kal.days: Calculations for each batch under the Order (batch includes Equipment, Transportation and Installation), is made with deferment of 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of complete completion of acceptance of such consignment (from the date of signing by the responsible person of the Buyer all the following duly executed documents: (a) The act of delivery and acceptance of the performed works, b) $ Protocols of tests that do not contain information on the existence of shortcomings of performed works or information on the possibility of subsequent submission of a requirement for their elimination, c) the consignment note, d) the Act on delivery by invoking or UPD (universal transfer document).
Delivery terms:Products are supplied by the supplier at the expense of the buyer.
Delivery cost - on the site reflect the cost (without VAT) of the whole volume for each zone, the number of and/m to be specified in the template KP. Delivery address: Voronezh region, Novousmansky district, p. Nechaivka, str. Grape, 90a.
Unloading of shelving equipment from the vehicle, delivery of components to the assembly site, installation of shelving equipment (including mesh decking and slot beams) is carried out by the Vendor.

IMPORTANT! MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS:
1. Within 10 years from the date of sale of the shelving equipment, the supplier undertakes to ensure the production of the component fund, which is fully compatible with the sold shelving equipment.
2. Unloading of shelving equipment from the vehicle, delivery of components to the assembly site, installation of shelving equipment (including mesh decking and slot beams) is carried out by the Vendor.
3. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to equip the crew with all the necessary tools, mechanisms and equipment to carry out the work.
4. The delivery of the completed works on installation of the shelving equipment shall be carried out according to the template of the act given in Annex 8 (template from TK)
5. Cost of equipment - KP template: bidders provide calculation in the KP Template (separate file with the cost of VAT and without VAT) according to the planogram (DWG file - All shelving equipment should be drawn according to the sizes and models of the Supplier.), TK, with a list of components. On the site it is necessary to reflect the total cost of each settlement without VAT, according to the requirements of the site)
6. Delivery cost - on the site reflect the cost (without VAT) of the whole volume for each zone, the number of and/m to be specified in the template KP.

7. Column "Production Dead/Installation/Delivery Period" - specify the production period of the equipment (on the line "Rack equipment...", specify the installation period (on the line "Mounting equipment..." work.. ", specify the delivery time to the object (from the moment of order availability, on the line "Delivery of equipment.. "
8. With a commercial offer to provide a complete list of technical documentation in accordance with the TK - item: Special conditions for the supplier of shelving equipment.
9. The supplier guarantees that the range specified in the Specification, the number of components of Racks and their assembly works is necessary and sufficient for the formation of quality Racks, in the in accordance with the characteristics specified in this Specification and according to the planogram (shelving scheme) annexed to this Specification.$ The supplier is fully responsible for the revealed inconsistencies according to the terms of the Agreement, including the obligation to provide the assortment and number of components at its own expense for Racks and Works in accordance with the characteristics and planogram specified in this Specification without changing the total cost of this Specification. 11. Requires the consent of the supplier to sign the standard contract form (in the attachment)
