2) The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate / passport.

4) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,

Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer

7) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to areas of the far north and equivalent areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
