Payment terms:
1. 100% post payment upon arrival of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse 2. 25% advance payment, 75% upon arrival of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Price shall include cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (in this case delivery method should be specified). Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the goods should be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. The item should be labeled. When the goods are being shipped the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods by the Carrier.

Comments: 1) Please note that participation in the bidding implies agreement with the Buyer’s contract form. 2) Be sure to attach a Commercial proposal in an electronic format. 3) Commercial proposal should specify the product manufacturer, product availability, production time, time of delivery to the Supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), dispatching point; 4) Products must be new and unused; 5) The products must be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate; 6) Before shipping packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in procurement documents), and attached to the package with the product, copies of the documents are to be sent to the Customer via e-mail. Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Section I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants. The submitted Commercial proposals should contain: 1) cost of goods and cost of delivery (separately); 2) certificates of conformity; 3) references to the manufacturer; 4) payment terms; 5) delivery time; 6) Supplier's relation to the products supplied (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer; 7) warranty.
