Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The volume of the bid is calculated, the selection is carried out according to the bid. If the products according to the specification are not fully selected during the year, the customer has the right not to buy the remaining products.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a kind of tender/auction and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting a request for prices /offers, an invitation to participate together with the documentation on the request is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the procurement procedure; the bid for participation in the request is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for prices/offers. At the same time, the Organizer has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
