If these documents are not available, the Buyer may not consider the candidate. Products must be delivered in accordance with a quality certificate with an RT-TechReceiver stamp.
The buyer has the right to refuse all offers received without liability.
If there is an event that restricts competitive procedures or discredits the Participant by the Organizer, the Procurement Participant may contact the Security Service representatives.
