Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the selection of a Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to select several winners, dividing the delivery of goods at its discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers-Bidders of the competitive procedure.
3. The standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner(s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the electronic trading platform B2B-center.
4. The Organizer sends the template of the model contract to interested potential suppliers upon additional request
5. The Bidder of this procedure sends a Commercial Proposal according to the standard form of the Organizer of the procedure.
6. An organization/documentation that does not comply with the requirements and forms specified in the Bid Notice may be rejected by the Organizer without explanation and recognized as this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not comply with the requirements of this competitive procedure. The commercial offer must specify:
- Pricing;
- Term of work;
- Terms of payment;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
- Warranty period;
- The possibility of providing interim measures (bank guarantee) in the event that the commercial offer provides for partial or full prepayment. In case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 rubles with VAT, the Supplier/ The contractor must provide a bank guarantee in a Top-10 bank based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation, it is necessary to back up a letter from the bank about its readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.
Copies of the documents listed in the bid documentation must be attached to the offer.
