Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

It is possible to submit alternative proposals to several models of analogues that meet the requirements of TK.
The choice will be made between the Lots in RUB and U.e.. Preference is given to suppliers with a ruble offer or a course fix.
IMPORTANT! Equipment that successfully passed testing in the customer's territory is allowed to be purchased.
In parallel with the competition, testing of devices is carried out, so when selecting the winner, all proposals will be taken into account, which will be successfully tested (at the time of the decision).
Delivery to Kolomna RC on the basis of orders by the forces of KA and for its account: RC Kolomna - RC Kolomna - 140482, Moscow region, Kolomna district, Parfentyevo c, industrial zone of building 1.
When submitting an offer, it is MANDATORY to attach detailed specifications (IMPORTANT! without TTX the proposal is not considered).

No EDS required
A procurement participant can repeatedly improve their price offer before the end of submission.
Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated companies (related). The other is regarded as a restriction of competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.

This procedure of request for proposals is not an auction or a contest, does not fall under the scope of Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations with the Customer of choice supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
