Coolant requirements

* Coolant is used on pipe welding aggregates and is intended for lubrication and cooling of roller tools and pipes. *

* The coolant must be synthetic water-mixed and be composed of corrosion inhibitors, surfactants and lubricating additives.
*
* Coolant should be resistant to biolesions. *

* The concentration of coolant in the working solution should not exceed 6%. *

* At heating of a working solution should not be allocated harmful and dangerous substances exceeding MPC, (the safety passport to attach to the procurement procedure). *

* Before delivery of coolant the manufacturer should provide the TU in the address of JSC "Ural Pipe Plant" for technical analysis. *
