Payment terms:
Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse.
The organizer of the auction is ready to consider alternative payment terms, including those with partial financing, subject to the application of interim measures comparable to the amount of the advance paid.
Delivery terms:
- Delivery of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse, Labytnangi.
- The price of the goods includes all costs of packaging and delivery to the customer's address.
- The delivery date is the date of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) in the warehouse.
- The Supplier has the right to ship the Goods in separate parts as agreed with the Buyer.
- Delivery time of goods: by agreement of the parties.
- Delivery times can be changed by agreement of the parties.
Requirements:
- The products must be NEW, not previously used, the release date of the proposed products is from 2019 release.
- Provision of a certificate for goods (GOST, FEZ)
- Positive experience of similar deliveries in terms of nomenclature and volume.
- Warranty obligations and warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

- Lack of information about the procurement participants in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided for in Article 19 of the Federal Law of July 21, 2005 No. 94-FZ "On placing orders for the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services for state and municipal needs."
- Must have all the types of resources and competence necessary to fulfill the contract.
- Have in stock all the permits for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract.
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
