Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Buyer shall pay 100% of its value for the new Item received within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the goods invoice/goods invoice or other document confirming the receipt of the Goods subject to no claims regarding quality, quantity, completeness, bundling of the Goods delivered and subject to the Buyer receiving originals properly addressed to the Buyer's account, original invoice and invoice (UPD), original contract and specification. If you violate the above terms of submission of documents, payment shall be made within 30 days of the transfer of all the above documents to the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Delivery - July 2021 On the terms of DDP p. Upper Kuranakh, Yakutia (Supplier delivers the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) to the place of delivery of the goods at their own expense. Shipping is included in the price of the Item). Shipment of PEC, RATEK - not allowed.

Settlements under the contract are made using the settlement accounts opened by Parties at Lanta Bank (JSC). In order to meet this requirement, the "request for offers" procedure participant who is recognized as the winner of the "request for offers" procedure is required within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion requesting proposals to open a checking account with Lanta Bank (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract for which proposals were requested.

Also, please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

A procurement participant must be sure to attach a commercial offer with the signature of the person responsible, on the letterhead. Passport for goods. The price offer and terms of delivery filed through the ETP functionality must meet the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Providing a package of documents listed in the Documentation for Contract file is REQUIRED. In the absence of all or partially specified documents, the proposal is not considered
