No advance payment is provided. Payment upon receipt of the products at the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and submission of original invoices, bills of lading, copies of bills of lading with the recipient's mark.
Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.

Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
