Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the value of the goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and using his own resources to the buyer's warehouse. The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured.
The term of signing the contract by the supplier is not more than five days from the date of receipt of the notification of recognition of the winner.
