Comments:
1. The Member must be a user registered in the B2V-Cordiant Trading and Procurement System at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in due course and has the rights of the Member Systems.
2. All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory charges, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the vendor.
3. This procedure does not constitute a tender or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting bids without liability.
4. If the supplier participates in the bidding process, it agrees, if declared the winner, to enter into a supply contract according to the standard form of Cordiant, without a record of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
