Dear participants!

It is necessary to fill in the files located in the upper right corner of the ETP:

1. Participant's questionnaire (signature and seal on the forms are required);
2. Study the draft agreement and its annexes;
3. Attach the SRO certificate;
4. Attach the KP on the letterhead of your organization, according to our sample Appendix No. 1 to the TOR-Statement of Work.

The total amount of the KP must be equal to the amount of the bet on the ETP. When submitting a price offer for an ETP, upload all the completed and the above forms to the files tab, as well as upload the Constituent Documents of your organization (Charter, TIN, OGRN).


Special requirements for the Contractor:

1) Availability of certificates of admission to a certain type or types of work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities issued by self-regulating organizations.

2) The organization has certified welding technology, trained and certified in NAKS working personnel and ITR.

3) Experience in the construction of inter-site oil pipelines.
