Construction, installation and commissioning works on internal engineering systems for heating, ventilation, water supply and sewerage.
LOT 1: Polyclinic for adults with antenatal clinic and an ambulance department for 960 visits per shift, at the address: St. Petersburg, Pargolovo village, st. Mikhail Dudin, section 20 (north of house 17, letter D on the 3rd Upper lane (13-1))

Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
1. stage - prequalification, stage 2 - request for commercial proposals.
Participants are required to fill in and upload:
- application for participation in the tender (according to the form in the attachment),
- qualification questionnaire with appendices in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb specialized developer" (download from the website glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders ),
- an up-to-date extract from the register of SRO members.
To obtain the ID number of the qualification questionnaire (required when filling out an Application for participation), you must download the questionnaire via the Glavstroy-SPb website (Instructions for filling out the questionnaire are available in the procurement documentation).
Please note that the documents:
1. They must be drawn up strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full (including marked "YES" in the questionnaire on sheets 5-7 "specialization", according to the company's activities and subject to experience in performing these types of work),
2. Signed by the head and stamped by the organization.
The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.
This prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This prequalification is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of Participants' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
