Payment terms:
• Payment upon completion of the construction works shall be paid in the amount of 100 per cent within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee, form No. COP-14).
• Calculations are carried out payment orders by transferring money in rubles to the account of the Contractor, or otherwise by agreement of the parties.
• Excess volumes and Contractor costs not supported by relevant additional agreement, shall be paid by the contractor at his own expense, provided that they are not caused by failure of the customer's obligations.
