Good afternoon!

LLC "Albazino Resources" invites you to take part in the competition for construction and installation works at the facilities:
• RA 0001641 HDS-310 No. 1 Screen;
• RA 0001642 Screen HDS-310 No.2;
• RA 0001644 Rotary table No. 1 SAG1. Modernization;
• RA 0001645 Rotary table No. 4 SAG2. Modernization;
• RA 0001640 The main building of the processing plant. Technical re -equipment;
Installation of equipment, technological pipelines, manufacture and installation of metal structures, electrical work, carrying out of NDT.

Place of service provision:
Khabarovsk Krai, Polina Osipenko district, site of the Albazinsky Mining and Processing Plant, Ekaterina-2 site (Latitude 52° 51 17.7, Longitude 137° 53 2.6)

Terms of work:
Start of work: 01.11.2022;
Completion of work: 30.01.2023.
If it is not possible to start work on the agreed date, please indicate the possible date of completion of the work in your Commercial Offer.
The beginning of work is allowed by a letter of guarantee from the Customer before the conclusion of the contract.

Composition of works:
1. The contractor must perform installation work, according to the Working Documentation (Appendix No. 1 to the TOR): Installation of equipment (automatic ball feeding systems to the DF-JQ mill), technological pipelines, manufacture and installation of metal structures, electrical installation work, NDT, taking into account the Certificate on the division of the design scope of work.
2. In case of additional volumes of work or additional work, with the agreement of the parties, an Additional Agreement to the contract will be concluded, for more details, see clause 1.8 of the TOR.

Requirements for the production of SMR:
See section 1.9. TK.

Minimum necessary requirements for the Contractor's machines and mechanisms (with an indication of the list and quantity for each type of equipment):
1. Welding machine - 1 unit;
2. Construction scaffolding up to 5 m high;
3. Trucks for the transportation of goods and materials from the Warehouse site to the place of work, for the transportation of garbage - 1 unit;
4. Manual and auxiliary tools (USM, tools and accessories for painting, extension cords, etc.) - the quantity is determined by the composition of the team. All employees must be provided with the necessary tools.
The contractor monitors the condition of its equipment and machinery, keeps it in good condition, pays for maintenance, maintains the amount of consumables.
5. Vehicles for movement on the territory of the Customer's enterprise.
Distances:
- the distance from the place of residence to the Shift camp (Canteen) will be 1.44 km;
- the distance from the place of residence to the construction site will be 0.5 km
6. The customer organizes the connection to electricity from existing networks. The contractor needs to prepare:
- cable assembly (cable at least 30 m long + counter);
- pre-issue an application for connection indicating the planned capacity of the equipment and the volume of consumption;
The connection is performed by the Customer. Electricity is provided free of charge, in the amount of the established limit for the period of work.

Basic requirements for contractor personnel (quantity / qualification / working hours):
1. The number of personnel and the composition of teams is formed by the Contractor independently, depending on the type of work performed, taking into account the provision of work according to the Schedule (Appendix No. 3 to the TOR);
2. Qualified employees with certificates must be present in the staff:
- electrical safety (with a group, depending on the type of work performed, the team should include specialists with group IV);
- certificates of slingers (during the production of works, it is possible to use an existing crane beam in the work area);
- certificates of installers of technological pipelines (locksmiths), installers of metal structures;
- welders (welders must have NAKS certification of the 1st level (group of technical devices - SC). The Contractor's ITR must have the NAKS certification of the 2nd level (group of technical devices - SC);
- certificates on labor protection, admission to work at height
3. The mode of work is determined by an internal Order of the Contractor, taking into account the requirements for the production of work on the part of the Customer;
4. Availability and maintenance of basic documents on OT and PB (attestations, certificates, permits, orders, instructions, keeping a log of work orders, a log of instruction registration at the workplace, a log of primary fire extinguishing equipment, a log of fire safety instruction registration);
5. As part of the ITR, the mandatory presence of a VET engineer at the facility with a laptop, stationery and consumables necessary for paperwork;
6. Control over the production of works is carried out by a person appointed by an order with the availability of appropriate certificates (geodetic control, construction control), a specialist must be included in the LDC, as well as have the necessary equipment to carry out control.

Materials provided by the Customer:
1. The customer provides the goods and materials, according to the list in Appendix No. 4 to the TOR.
2. Goods and materials are transferred to the contractor at the AGOC warehouse site upon request.
3. Delivery of goods and materials from the place of storage (warehouse site) to the place of work is the responsibility of the Contractor. The distance from the warehouse site to the object is 1.35 km.
Purchase and delivery of auxiliary goods and materials to the place of work not specified in Appendix No. 4 to the TOR, but necessary for the performance of work, as well as all consumables and auxiliary materials (for example: slings, electrodes, cutting discs, screws, dowels, clamps, etc.) necessary for the production of work is the responsibility of the Contractor

Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel to the place of SMR:
1. Accommodation, meals of personnel on the site - are made at the expense of the Contractor.
2. In order to organize catering and consumer services at the Customer's site, the Contractor must conclude an agreement with LLC "Korpus Group Ural" - the company providing these services at the Customer's site. The form of the contract with LLC "Korpus Group Ural" is given in Appendix No. 7 to the TOR.
3. The contract with LLC "Corpus Group Ural" is concluded after the approval of the results of the procurement procedure / notification of the bidder about the victory, the conclusion of the contract between LLC "Albazino Resources" and the Contractor or the receipt by the Contractor of a Letter of Guarantee from the Customer about the start of the work and before the mobilization of the Contractor to the Customer's site.
4. When submitting a commercial offer, the bidder separately indicates the amount of expenses for household services and meals. These expenses are indicated in the KP in a separate line and are included in section III of the Calculation of the contract price (Appendix No. 1 to the contract/Adj. No. 2 to the TOR)
5. The living conditions of the Contractor's personnel at the Albazino site are given in Appendix No. 8 to the TOR.
When submitting a KP for the performance of work, in accordance with this TOR, the contractor expresses his consent to these living conditions.

Conditions and terms of mobilization of machines and mechanisms provided by the contractor.
1. The Contractor's mobilization is carried out by written notification from the Customer within 15 days from the moment of notification.
2. The contractor independently ensures the passage of its employees to the place of work. These expenses are indicated in the KP in a separate line and are entered in Annex No. 1 to the contract Section III (Adj. No. 2 to the TOR).
3. It is possible to assist the Contractor in the delivery of personnel from Komsomolsk-on-Amur (collection point) to AGOC (and back) by the Customer's motor transport at the expense of the Contractor at the rate of 2465.6 rubles. without VAT for 1 person in one direction. These expenses are also indicated in the KP in a separate line and are entered in Annex No. 1 to the contract Section III (Adj. No. 2 to the TOR).
Delivery to the construction site is possible in the following ways:
• By a winter truck with an extended validity period to the Albazinsky GOK, taking into account the operation of the crossing over the Amgun river from 10.05. to 31.10.
• In the period from 30.12. to 30.03 (annually) - by road along the winter road with an extended validity period, with an ice crossing.

Requirements for the availability of the contractor's permits:
In accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation - the provision of an extract from the Register of members of the SRO-S with the admission of work on the OPO is mandatory.

Requirements for OT and PB:
See section 5.1. TK.

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
