Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The order and conditions of payment - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of lots.
Provision of Bank guarantee in advance from 10 000 000 rubles (BG from the bank enters the TOP 100 banks, BG on the template of JSC "Thunder", the validity period of BG is equal to the entire period of construction of the object +60 days from the moment of commissioning of the facility or signing of the results
"The guarantee amount is 10% of the contract price paid to the general contractor in two parts:
1. part - 5% after signing the certificate of delivery and acceptance of the object for warranty operation
2. part - 5% one year after the facility is put into warranty operation."
The warranty period for the performed works is not less than 24 months. It is calculated from the moment the system is put into warranty operation.
"Delivery time of equipment until 1.05.2020, Installation of equipment not less than 20 calendar days, commissioning works not less than 15 days, subject to round-the-clock operation of the facility and average daily temperature at least +18 degrees C
without discontinuance of operational activities.$
