To participate in the procedure, you must provide the following documents, the forms of which are posted in this procedure in the section "Procurement Documentation":
1. Completed and signed file "Qualification Requirements" (Submitted by those participants who have not previously submitted it). The agreement is attached for review. Provide a letter of guarantee according to clauses 1, 2 of the qualification requirements.
2. Completed and signed file "KP_Krasnoyarsk May 9". The order of filling is indicated in the file. RATE IN TRADING ON ETP cell I31
It is possible to carry out rebidding (price reduction), the need for which will be notified to the participants.
The winner - the participant with the lowest price and who has no block factors (meets the requirements), are indicated in the "Qualification requirements" file.
Based on the results of the procedure, one main supplier and 1 backup supplier are selected.
