Qualification selection is the first stage of the procurement procedure and is carried out in order to determine Applicants who have sufficient qualifications to carry out work on the subject of procurement.

Based on the results of the qualification selection, it is planned to conduct a request for commercial proposals among organizations that have passed the qualification selection for the right to conclude a Contract (s) within the scope of the procurement subject.
The period of performance of services - 01.04.2023-31.03.2025
Within the framework of this PKO, please be guided by the following documents:

1. Notification of the PCO
2. Appendix No. 1 to the Notice - Rules for prequalification
3. Appendix No. 2 to the Notification - Application for participation in the PKO
4. Appendices No. 3 to the Notification - Contract form
5. Appendices No. 4 to the Notice - The proposed list of works
6. Appendices 1-4 to the Application - Form to be filled in by the Participant

If you are interested, I ask you to submit an Application for participation in the prescribed form (Appendix No. 2) and all necessary documentation in accordance with the rules of the procurement procedure (Appendices to the Application - forms to be filled out by the Participant).
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that violations identified when submitting an Application may serve as grounds for rejecting such a qualification application.
