Comments:
1. More detailed information is provided in the terms of reference.

2. With a commercial offer, you must send:
1. a completed offer card in Excel format, as well as a scanned copy, stamped and signed by the supervisor; all sheets are required to be filled in;
2. Calculation of the contract price in Excel format (Appendix 1 to TK 435);
3. Schedule of work in Excel format (Appendix 2 to TK 435);
4. scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
5. scanned copies of qualification certificates for personnel and ITR in accordance with the Technical Specifications of clause 3.1;
6. a scanned copy of an extract from the SRO register for a period of issue not earlier than 30 calendar days in accordance with the TOR clause 4.1;
7. reviews, recommendations.
9. protocol of disagreements to the Customer's contract, if any.

3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting business, qualification certificates for personnel, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

4. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

5. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations

6. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction.
