Payment terms:
Текущие платежи выплачиваются Заказчиком в размере 95 процентов от стоимости этапов работ по договору, указанных в актах о приемке выполненных работ по форме КС-2 и справке о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат по форме КС-3, выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания актов сдачи-приемки работ;
Окончательные платежи по договору, выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания акта ввода в эксплуатацию (акт приемки законченного строительством объекта приемочной комиссией, форма № КС-14).
Delivery terms:

Срок завершения строительно-монтажных и пусконаладочных работ – не позднее 15.06.2017г.
