Payment terms:
Payments upon completion of construction, starting-up and adjustment works, excluding the cost of equipment, paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of the finished construction of the object Acceptance Committee, form # KS-14).
- The final payment of the cost of the installed equipment are paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the completion of start-up operations
- Excess volumes and Contractor costs not supported by relevant additional agreement, shall be paid by the contractor at his own expense, provided that they are not caused by failure of the customer's obligations.
