Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in a competition for construction and installation work to upgrade the express field laboratory (installation of a laboratory hangar, earthworks, civil works, installation of utility networks: water and electricity, heating, ventilation, sewerage, conducting Poland.).


Place of service:
Khabarovsk Territory, the Polina Osipenko District, in the Amgun-Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous Key in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazinsky Mining and Processing Plant (Coordinates of the Albazino area Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´ ´).


Terms of work:
1. Start date: 04/01/2020;
2. Date of completion: 04/25/2020.
Start of work on a letter of guarantee from the Customer.


Scope of work:
1. Construction and installation work, according to APR No. 687 of 02.15.2020 (Appendix No. 1 to the statement of work) and to carry out a set of acceptance tests, commissioning, having previously developed a program of commissioning (electrical equipment, ventilation). According to the TR Act, all work specified in BOP No. 360 amendment dated 03.03.2020 is performed with the exception of items for which performance by another Contractor is noted;
2. At the marketing stage, the Participant must indicate the% discount on all additional work arising that is performed in excess of the main volume specified in the contract (Appendix 1 to the basic contract, section I). A contractor is signed with the Contractor to perform additional amounts of work at the rates of the contract, taking into account the% of fixed discount.


Minimum necessary requirements for the machines and mechanisms of the Contractor (indicating the list and quantity for each type of equipment):
1. Excavator, bucket volume not less than 0.65 m3 (it is possible to provide the Komatsu PC-400 excavator with an hourly rental by the Customer - see paragraph 2.8 of the Terms of Reference);
2. Truck crane, with a carrying capacity of up to 5 tons (the Tadano GR-500 truck crane can be provided by the Customer on an hourly basis - see paragraph 2.8 of the Terms of Reference);
3. Welding machine;
4. Equipment for drilling wells under light poles;
5. Equipment for the organization of autonomous lighting and power supply (mobile DES) at the place of work, providing standards for work;
6. Trucks for the delivery of goods and materials from the warehouse to the place of work;
7. Auxiliary tools and equipment necessary for the performance of work; 8. The contractor monitors the condition of its equipment and machinery, keeps it in good condition, pays for service, supports the amount of consumables.
9. The quantity and brand of necessary equipment, auxiliary equipment and tools is determined by the Participant at the stage of submitting a commercial offer.


The main requirements for the personnel of the contractor (quantity / qualification / operating mode):
1. The number of personnel and the composition of the teams is formed by the Contractor independently, taking into account the provision of work according to the Schedule (Appendix No. 3 to the statement of work).
2. It is mandatory that there are certificates of admission to work with increased danger and the presence of certified Contractor ITR to guide them in the performance of work;
3. The mode of work is determined by the internal order of the Contractor taking into account the requirements for the performance of work by the Customer.


Main and auxiliary materials:
1. The customer provides goods and materials, according to the list in Appendix No. 4 to the statement of work.
2. Goods and materials are handed over to the contractor at the AGOK warehouse site upon request.
3. Delivery of goods and materials from the place of storage (warehouse) to the place of work is the responsibility of the Contractor. The distance from the warehouse to the place of work is not more than 1 km.
4. The purchase and delivery of auxiliary materials and materials for work to the place of work is the responsibility of the Contractor.


Accommodation, meals, staff delivery to the construction and installation site:
1. Accommodation, meals for personnel on the site - are made at the expense of the Contractor.
2. The customer can assist in the provision of food, accommodation at tariffs in accordance with Appendix No. 9 to the statement of work.
3. For meals and accommodation, the Customer issues an invoice monthly, upon the fact of the stay, and the Contractor compensates the Customer for expenses.
4. The Contractor independently and at its own expense provides its personnel with vehicles for movement around the territory of the Customer’s enterprise.


Requirements for the presence of permits for the contractor:
1. In accordance with the requirements of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, the provision of an extract from the Register of Members of the SRO-S is mandatory (objects are not OPO). Date of discharge no earlier than 01.01.2020;
2. Mandatory availability of certificates of admission to work with high risk.


Health and Safety Requirements:
1. Availability of OSH;
2. Availability of the HSE system;


Requirements for the production of construction and installation works are set out in paragraph 1.9 of the Terms of Reference.





We will be grateful to receive your offer no later than 17:00 on March 25, 2020 with the following applications:
- a commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the contract without disagreement, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreement;
- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- completed calculation of the contract price (Appendix No. 2 to the statement of work);
- completed counterparty form (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and a reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required to perform work;
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of necessary equipment;
- charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on assignment of PSRN);
- certificate of tax registration;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary - a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
