Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:Conclusion of the contract according to the standard form of the Customer.

Start of work: from the date of summing up the tender results, by letter of guarantee. The period of manufacture and installation of the hangar: within 75 cal. days from the date of commencement of work, but subject to acceptance and transfer of the site for installation no later than 60 cal. days before the above deadline.

Comments:
This procedure is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Условия допуска:Соблюдение условий тендера.
Наличие заполненной и подписанной Анкеты участника (форма приложена).
Наличие СРО.
Стаж выполнения аналогичных работ (КМ) не менее 3 года - подтверждается портфолио и рекомендательными письмами за последние 3 года.
Критерии выбора победителя (помимо цены):Отсутствие отрицательных рекламаций от предыдущих Заказчиков, особенно от компаний ГК Петрович. Отсутствие действующих судебных процессов. Положительная оценка по результатам проверки благонадежности.
Доп. информация к техническому заданию:Фундамент (плита) уже существует, включая анкера под колонны. Инженерные сети будут выполнять другие организации
