Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Required terms:
1. The technical job is in attachment
2. 100% post payment 60 days after the parties signed the Acts of Works Completed.
3. Under the Work Contract (under the internal regulations of Tander JSC), the guarantee amount of 5% is retained. Payment of the warranty amount is made 365 calendar days after the signing of the acts performed.

6. Before starting the SMR, notify state and supervisory authorities in accordance with current law. The total duration of work is no more than 90 calendar days from the date of the contract. The warranty for the work performed must be 24 months (from the time the parties have signed the acts of work).

Under the Tender of the Work Contract (under the internal regulations of Tunder JSC Tander), provides for a 5 per cent warranty of the cost of work Contract (in case of default or improper performance of the Agreement).
