Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear Participants,
Required conditions:
1. The technical assignment is in the attachment
2. 100% postpayment after 60 days after the parties sign the Acts of Works.
3. Under the Work Contract (in accordance with Tander JSC's internal regulations), a guarantee amount of 5% is stipulated. The payment of the guarantee amount is 365 calendar days after the signing of the work certificates.

6. Before starting the SMR, notify state and supervisory authorities in accordance with applicable law. The total duration of the work is not more than 90 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The warranty period for the work performed must be 24 months (from the time the parties sign the work certificates).
Provide estimates made in Grand Estimates that prove the value of the offer.
Under the results of the Tender Agreement (in accordance with Tander JSC's internal regulations): a Guarantee withholding in the amount of 5% of the cost of works under Tander Contract (in case of default or improper performance of the Agreement). Payment of the guarantee amount shall be made 365 calendar days after the parties sign the certificates of work performed.

The purchaser may repeatedly improve their price proposal until the end of the bid.

Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. This is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated participants from the competition.
