PJSC "Vimpelcom" invites the organization to take part in the prequalification of the category of SMR, supply and installation/dismantling of commercial and advertising equipment in the sales offices of PJSC Vimpelcom and know-how in the western and eastern regions.
To participate in a purchasing event, the supplier must:
1. Read the privacy statement. Please note that your agreement to participate in the purchase event of Vimpelcom also means acceptance of the terms of the privacy statement and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the privacy statement in accordance with applicable law.
2. Fill in the form of the participant signed by the authorized person (Word and PDF format);
3. To provide financial statements (scanned copies of the balance sheet and the profit and Loss statement) as well as the completed analysis-rating file (Excel);
4. To fill in the qualification Questionnaire/questionnaires (format Word and PDF) and to provide corresponding supporting documents;
5. Specify the NAME/Phone/E-mail of the responsible manager to accompany this purchase event.
If the last available reporting is annual, the annual reports for the last 2 years are provided. If the last available reporting-for quarter/half-year/9 months, there is a report for 3 periods: The last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. In case the participant belongs to the holding the consolidated statements of the holding are provided.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is readable;
• Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, and the document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and applications must also be grouped into a single file.
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents should be sent to the e-mail address VC_open_sales_offices2018@beeline.ru no later than 17:00 (MSK) 04.06.2019 year (in the subject of the letter should be specified "[Name of supplier organization] opening offices"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (in case of need it is possible to send several letters).
