Delivery terms:Mobilization / demobilization of equipment, materials, equipment, personnel by forces and at the expense of the Contractor

Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is set out in the cover letter (Appendix).
2. Proposals will not be accepted without uploaded documentation: a commercial application filled with app. 1 (RDC)
3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of our own fleet of equipment, availability of the necessary documents for conducting construction activities. quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
4. This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
